PET POLICY

Limit two (2) pets per apartment. The combined weight of any two (2) pets may not exceed forty (40) pounds. There will be a one-time nonrefundable fee of $250 per pet. No monthly pet rent will be charged. All animals are subject to management approval as certain breeds are prohibited. Prohibited breeds include: Akita’s, Pit Bulls (aka American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, or American Pit Bull Terriers), Bull Terriers, Bull Mastiff’s, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, and Rhodesian Ridgebacks. Any mixed breed dog that includes one of the prohibited breeds also is prohibited. Visiting animals are not permitted unless authorized by management.
